2. Your Account

You are responsible for protecting your account information. You must be 18 years or older to register. All information you provide must be accurate.

3. Ordering and Payments

Agiza Chakula connects customers, deliverers and cafeterias. Customers pay for food by mobile money through Agiza Chakula, or in cash to the deliverer.

4. Deliverer Subscription

New deliverers get their first 5 orders free. After that, they must pay a monthly subscription fee to continue receiving orders. The fee can be changed by the admin.

5. Prohibited Behavior

It is not allowed to provide false information, misuse the system, or damage our services in any way.
