Yes, it is completely free for customers! Deliverers pay a small subscription fee after their first 5 free orders.
For Customers
You can pay by mobile money (M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money, Halotel) when you order, or pay the deliverer cash when the food arrives.
Yes! You can order directly from a cafeteria and pick it up yourself, or arrange delivery with them.
You will receive notifications when a deliverer accepts your order, picks up the food, and is on the way to you.
For Deliverers
Payments are made automatically via our mobile money API (M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money, Halotel). You will receive a payment confirmation on your dashboard.
Yes! You can add your own food to the menu and sell it, or pick up food from a cafeteria and deliver it to the customer.
Payments & Subscriptions
The standard fee is TZS 2,500 per month, but it can be changed by the super admin. The first 100 orders are free.
You will not be able to receive new orders until you pay the monthly subscription. You can pay through your dashboard.
